If you have decided to close your profile on Etaira, you can do so at any time by following a simple procedure directly from your account.
Account deletion procedure
To proceed with deletion, follow these steps:
• Log into your account using your email and password
• Go to the Account section and open My profile
• Select the Delete account option
• Confirm your choice to complete the operation
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone at a later stage.
Before proceeding, consider your decision carefully: if you simply need a break, you can just take your listings offline or suspend them without deleting your account. This way you can easily reactivate them whenever you wish.
What happens after deletion
Once your profile has been deleted:
• All listings will be permanently removed, including promoted ones
• Any ETAs available in the account will be lost
• Active promotions will be terminated with no possibility of a refund
For this reason, it is advisable to wait until any active promotions have ended before proceeding with account closure.
If you decide to return in the future, you can create a new account by registering on the platform again.
