If you can no longer access your Etaira account because you have lost your password, you can reset it through an automatic procedure designed to be simple and secure.
To get started, from the login screen select the option dedicated to password recovery. This will take you to the section where you can initiate the reset request. Go to the site's login page, select LOG IN and, once there, use the Forgot your password? option.
At this point you will need to enter the email address associated with your Etaira profile. It is important to use the same email you registered with, otherwise the system will not be able to identify your account.
After submitting, you will receive an automatic message with a link to reset your password. If you do not find it straight away in your main inbox, also check your spam or promotions folders, as it may have been filtered. Once you have opened the email, simply click on the link to continue the procedure.
You will then be redirected to a secure page where you can choose a new password. To increase the protection of your account, it is recommended to set a combination with at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters and at least one number, avoiding passwords that are too simple or already used elsewhere.
After saving the new password, the system will immediately update your credentials and you will be able to access your Etaira account again without any further steps.
