To pause an ad, log into your Etaira account from the login section and go to the “Active ads” area. Here you will find the complete list of your publications. Select the ad you want to suspend and click on the pause option. From that moment, the ad will no longer be visible on the platform, but it will remain saved in your profile.
If the ad is associated with an active promotion, such as PLUS or ULTRA, it is important to remember that visibility will be interrupted during the pause, while the promotion itself may continue according to the applicable conditions. For this reason, it is recommended to carefully evaluate the timing before pausing a promoted ad.
When you want to reactivate it, go to the “Paused ads” section, select the listing, and click “Publish”: within a few seconds it will be back online and visible to users. Once reactivated, you will also be able to freely update the details of your ad, modifying the city, text, images, or any other information through the “Edit” option.
