If you no longer remember your account password, you can reset it independently through an automated process designed to be simple and secure.
From the login screen, simply select the "Forgot password?" option, available next to the login fields, to initiate the reset request.
At this point, you will be asked to enter the email address associated with your Etaira profile: it is important to use the same email address provided during registration, otherwise the system will not be able to locate the corresponding account.
Once the request is submitted, an email containing a dedicated link to reset your password will be delivered to you. If the message does not appear in your inbox, it is advisable to check your spam or promotions folder as well.
Clicking on the link received will redirect you to a secure page where you can set a new password, which must meet the same requirements as during registration: a length of at least 8 characters, containing both letters and numbers, as well as at least one special character.
We recommend choosing a combination you have never used before to maintain a high level of account security. Once the new password is saved, your credentials are updated immediately, allowing you to log in right away without further steps.
Like the link used for account confirmation, the reset link also has a limited time validity: if it has expired, simply repeat the request to receive a new one.
