One profile per user: how it works

It is not possible to register multiple accounts: each user can only use one profile on Etaira.

This rule has been designed to ensure a safer, more reliable and transparent environment for everyone. Limiting each person to a single account helps prevent fraud, misuse and improper behaviour, while also ensuring that information is more accurate and easily verifiable.

Having a single profile also makes managing your activities simpler and more organised: listings, messages and interactions remain gathered in one personal space, avoiding duplication or confusion. This also allows the support team to offer faster and more effective assistance, responding directly to each request.

Updating profile data

There is no need to create a new account to make changes. You can update your personal information, login credentials and profile details at any time directly from the account settings.
