Rules for publishing ads
This section defines the rules governing the use of the Etaira platform and the conditions required to publish ads. The aim is to ensure a space that complies with applicable laws, respects individual rights, and is oriented towards user safety.
Using the platform and publishing content implies full acceptance of these rules and the general terms of service.
1. Requirements for publishing access
Publishing services may only be used by users who are of legal age.
Before posting an ad, the identification procedure required by Etaira must be completed. The platform may carry out additional checks or request updates to user data at any time, including after registration, for reasons of security, oversight, or regulatory compliance.
Each user declares that the information they provide is accurate, up to date, and authentic.
Those who publish content are fully responsible for the material posted through their account and assume all consequences arising from any breach of law or of these rules, releasing Etaira from any liability towards third parties.
2. General rules of use
Ads published on the platform must:
- comply with the laws of the country in which they are distributed;
- respect the rights, privacy, and dignity of others;
- avoid false, manipulated, or misleading content;
- not use systems designed to circumvent platform controls.
The following are not permitted:
- creating multiple accounts for evasion purposes;
- publishing repetitive or duplicate ads to gain visibility advantages, except through features dedicated to VIP accounts;
- using phone numbers, images, or identities belonging to third parties without authorisation;
- attempting to bypass moderation or security tools.
Etaira does not pre-screen every piece of information uploaded by users and does not guarantee the accuracy of published content.
3. Permitted content
The platform allows the publication of images and text of an erotic or sensual nature, provided they are compatible with the limits set by applicable law and internal compliance standards.
Materials classifiable as pornography or content prohibited by law in the country of publication are not permitted.
All content must:
- genuinely represent the advertiser;
- be published legitimately;
- not violate the rights of third parties;
- relate exclusively to persons capable of giving valid consent.
4. Prohibited content
The publication of content that includes, depicts, or references the following is strictly forbidden:
- minors or apparently underage individuals;
- references to child pornography, even implicit or simulated;
- sexual violence, coercion, or non-consensual acts;
- persons who are unconscious or incapable of understanding;
- bestiality or sexual acts with animals;
- content evoking incest;
- deepfakes, manipulated images, or unlawful use of another person's identity;
- discrimination, hatred, harassment, or threats;
- weapons or references to their use;
- illegal drugs or prohibited substances, including through coded language or allusive terms;
- services contrary to the law;
- situations linked to exploitation, trafficking, or coercion.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in the immediate removal of content and permanent account suspension.
5. Image verification
Images uploaded to Etaira are subject to automated analysis systems and possible manual reviews by the moderation team.
Checks may be carried out:
- before publication;
- after publication;
- following received reports;
- during periodic internal reviews.
Content deemed non-compliant may be hidden, deleted, or permanently blocked. The platform may also prevent the reuse of previously rejected images.
6. Photo requirements
Photos included in ads must:
- genuinely depict the user;
- be authentic and up to date;
- not be deceptively altered;
- comply with applicable regulations;
- be relevant to the published profile.
Up to 10 images may be uploaded per ad, with a maximum size of 5 MB each.
Etaira recommends using clear, well-lit images that are consistent with the content of the ad. Blurry, excessively dark, or irrelevant photos may be rejected.
The following images are not permitted:
- images belonging to other people without authorisation;
- images downloaded from the internet or other sites without usage rights;
- images containing watermarks, logos, or external advertising;
- images with overlaid phone numbers, web addresses, or promotional text;
- images unrelated to the service offered;
- generic images not attributable to the advertiser.
7. Explicitness limits
Erotic content is permitted within the limits established by the platform's internal regulations.
The following are not accepted:
- explicit sexual acts;
- depictions of full intercourse;
- genital close-ups;
- pornographic material;
- images considered excessively explicit according to Etaira's criteria.
The platform retains full discretion in the assessment of content.
8. Rules on ad text
Texts may be subject to automated checks and manual reviews.
Descriptions must:
- be truthful;
- not promise unrealistic or misleading services;
- avoid references to drugs, weapons, or illegal activities;
- not use coded language designed to circumvent controls.
9. Moderation and platform management
Etaira uses automated systems and manual checks to monitor published content.
The platform reserves the right to:
- reject ads;
- modify the visibility of content;
- remove non-compliant material;
- restrict account features;
- suspend or close profiles that violate the rules.
In the event of requests from the competent authorities, Etaira may cooperate within the limits provided by applicable law.
10. Privacy and data protection
The disclosure of personal data belonging to third parties without consent is prohibited.
The unlawful use of photographs, information, or identities belonging to other persons may result in the immediate deletion of the account.
Personal data is processed in compliance with data protection regulations and as set out in the platform's Privacy Policy.
11. Updates to the rules
Etaira may modify or update these guidelines at any time to adapt to technical, regulatory, or organisational changes.
Continued use of the platform after the rules have been updated implies acceptance of the new conditions.
12. Applicable law and limitation of liability
Users are required to comply with the regulations in force in the location where they publish or browse ads.
Etaira operates exclusively as a technology service for hosting and publishing content and does not intervene in private interactions between users. The platform is not responsible for any disputes, encounters, or consequences arising from contacts established independently by users.
